Before:
A routine that grew over the years: Excel lists, cloud folders, checklists on the tablet. Every extra job cost another evening.

I used to sit in the office in the evenings. Today, what I enter during the day is already done by the evening.

We walk through how a job runs at your business, from enquiry to invoice. We take the time for it, otherwise we build past the way you work. From that you get a concept with a fixed price.

We build. You keep working as usual.
Your team tries the first version, we sharpen it. Because the tool follows the way you work, everyone finds their way around quickly. We still show it to you in person at your business. If new wishes come up later, we extend it: with an offer before, not a surprise after.

What does it cost?
After the walk-through you get a fixed-price offer. No hourly meter, no follow-up bill. How high it is depends on the scope. As a rule of thumb: a tool of your own pays off from around €300,000 yearly revenue. Up to the offer, it costs you nothing.
How does payment work?
For larger projects, in three parts. The offer phase costs nothing. With the go-ahead the first third is due. Then we build the first prototype, and the second third follows your feedback on it. The rest on completion and handover.
Who is this not for?
For one-person businesses with a handful of jobs a year, custom work rarely pays. We say so openly in the intro call, and usually also what would be enough instead. A tool of your own pays off most when several people work the same jobs and information runs on paper, calls and shout-across-the-yard.
I don't have time for an IT project.
You don't need it. Your part: 20 minutes on the phone, a walk through your business, honest feedback on the first version. We do the rest.

How fast is it?
The first version is ready after about three weeks. How fast everything is finished after that often depends more on your business than on us: trying it, giving feedback, fine-tuning. There is no queue here.
What if my team won't use it?
The tool is built around your team. It has exactly the features you need, and not 37 more. We show it to you at your business, and whatever snags during try-out we rebuild before it becomes a habit.
We already have programs in place.
Good. What works stays and gets connected. We only replace what is holding you back.
And if new wishes come later?
Then we extend it. Every extension gets its own fixed-price offer first. You decide when and how far.
