What we build
for you.
At the centre: your custom tool. Around it: everything else a business needs digitally.
The building blocks. Combined to fit your workflow.
Job tool
From the call to the invoice: every job in one place. Status, documentation, nothing gets lost.
Every enquiry, every job and every property hang together — with status, photos, checklists and everything that belongs to them. You can see what is open without calling anyone. Usually takes the place of the notes on the desk, the job folder on the shelf and the list only one person keeps.
That looks different in every business — in the intro call we go through how yours actually runs.
Book an intro callQuote tool
Quote out before the competitor calls back. Calculation and templates that match your prices.
Templates and line items that fit your trade, calculated with your prices and your margins. The quote becomes the job without anyone retyping it. Takes the place of the template everyone fills in differently and the calculation that only exists in the boss's head.

Book an intro callTime & hours
Hours captured where they happen: on the phone, on site, at the customer. Ready for billing.
Your team logs hours straight onto the job — on the phone on site instead of off a note in the evening. Whatever is logged is immediately ready for billing and costing. Takes the place of the timesheets that trickle in on Friday and the retyping in the office.

Book an intro callScheduling
Who is where and when, without the phone chain. Appointments and team at a glance.
Appointments, people and vehicles on one surface: you move a job and everyone involved sees it right away. If something comes up at short notice, the rest shifts along instead of falling over. Takes the place of the pinboard, the shared calendar and the calls the evening before.

Book an intro callMaterial & stock
Know what's there and what was used — and what the job really cost.
What you buy, what goes out and what actually gets installed hangs on the job instead of in a second program. In the end you can see what the job really cost — and not first at the accountant's. Takes the place of the separate stock list and the guesswork in costing.

Book an intro callConnections
Your existing programs finally talk to each other, instead of someone typing things twice.
Accounting, payroll, stock management: what you want to keep stays — we connect it instead of replacing it. Data moves on its own to where it is needed. Takes the place not of your programs, but of the double typing in between.

Book an intro call
Your tool is usually a mix of several building blocks — which is exactly why we build to measure instead of off the shelf.
Book an intro callThe best tool won't help much if too little comes in.
Where customers look for a business has shifted. So we cover both sides — the new search ourselves, and social through a partner who does nothing else.
Your customers now ask ChatGPT.
Anyone who wants to know how to get rid of the chaos in their business, or whom to hire for it, increasingly asks an AI answer first — and advertising in ChatGPT is the newest place where your business can show up there. We are among the first in Austria preparing for it: ad, landing page and measurement from one source, built to the rules of the new format. Interested? Let's talk about it in the intro call.
Social media? We have the right partner for that.
Social media marketing for trade businesses is a craft of its own. That's why we don't dabble in it ourselves but work with skaer from Styria — specialised in bringing businesses a steady flow of serious enquiries from their region.
New search, social reach and a tool that actually works through the enquiries: in combination, your business is set up for modern marketing on every side.
Around your tool. We do that too.
Website & web shop
Marketing site, landing page or shop: fast, search-friendly and built so you can maintain content yourself.
Photography
Real pictures of your business for website and quotes — when we build, the matching photos come with it.
Maintenance & operations
Hosting, updates, monitoring: so website and tool keep running — even on Sunday night.
Two steps to an offer. Both free.
- 120 minutes, on the phone
Intro call
Where is time leaking in your business? If a tool would fix it, we'll tell you which. If not, we'll tell you that too.
- 2on site with you
Walk-through
We walk through how a job actually runs at your business — from enquiry to invoice. We take the time to really understand how you work. From that you get a concept with a fixed price.
- 3first version in ~3 weeks
We build. You keep working as usual.
Your team tries the first version, we sharpen it — and because your tool is built the way you work, it needs no training. If new wishes come up later, we extend it: with an offer before, not a surprise after.
What businesses ask us before they start.
What does it cost?
After the walk-through you get a fixed-price offer — no hourly meter, no surprises. The amount depends on scope. As an honest rule of thumb: a custom tool typically pays off from around €300,000 yearly revenue. Up to the offer, it costs you exactly nothing.
How does payment work?
For larger projects, in three parts. The offer phase is free. When you give the go-ahead, one third of the total is due at project start. Then we build the first prototype — the second third follows your feedback on it. The rest on completion and handover.
Who is this not for?
For one-person businesses with a handful of jobs a year, custom work rarely pays — we'll tell you that in the intro call, and often what would be enough instead. A custom tool pays off most when several people work the same jobs and information currently lives on paper, calls and shout-across-the-yard.
I don't have time for an IT project.
You don't need it. Your part: 20 minutes on the phone, a walk through your business, honest feedback on the first version. We do the rest.

How fast is it?
The first version is ready after about three weeks. How fast everything is finished after that often depends more on your business than on us — trying it, giving feedback, fine-tuning. We're a small, tight team: your project doesn't sit in a queue.
What if my team won't use it?
The tool is built around your team, not the other way around: not 40 features of which you need 3 — but self-explanatory enough that it doesn't need training. And whatever snags during try-out, we rebuild before it becomes a habit.
We already have programs in place.
Good. What works, stays — we connect it to your tool. We only replace what is holding you back.
And if new wishes come later?
Then we extend it. Every extension gets its own fixed-price offer first — you decide when and how your tool grows.
Let's look at how you work.
Costs nothing but 20 minutes.
On the phone we sort out where time is leaking — and whether a custom tool would fix it. If not, we'll tell you that honestly. You'll still leave with a clearer view of your business.
