Each row is a kind of software we build regularly, with projects that are already running. In practice it is often a mix, which is why we build to measure instead of off the shelf.

    Intro call

    On the phone we work out what it's about and whether custom software is the right way to go.

  2. 2. on site or by video

    Concept session

    We go through your workflow or your idea together, and you get a concept with a fixed price.

  3. 3. first version after around three weeks

    We build. You try it early.

    After around three weeks you try the first version, and we sharpen it.

What we often get asked before we start.

What does it cost?

After the concept session you get a fixed-price offer. No hourly meter, no follow-up bill. How high it is depends on the scope. Projects start at around €10,000 with us. Up to the offer, it costs you nothing.

How does payment work?

For larger projects, in three parts. The offer phase costs nothing. With the go-ahead the first third is due. Then we build the first prototype, and the second third follows your feedback on it. The rest on completion and handover.

I only have an idea, no concept yet.

That's enough for the intro call. Together we turn the idea into a concept with a fixed price, and only then do you decide whether it gets built.

Who is this not for?

If a standard program solves your problem well, you don't need us. And because custom work starts at five figures with us, it only pays off from a certain size. We say so openly in the intro call, and usually also what would be enough instead.

Web app or app in the store?

It depends on who uses it and how. A web app runs in the browser without installing and can be pinned to the phone like an app. An app for iOS and Android pays off when it needs deep access to the phone or should be found in the store. In the intro call we tell you what fits your plans.

How fast is it?

The first version is ready after around three weeks. How fast everything is finished after that often depends more on feedback than on us: trying it, reporting back, fine-tuning. There is no queue here.

We already have programs in place.

Good. What works stays and gets connected. We only replace what is holding you back.

Who looks after it afterwards?

We do. Hosting, updates and monitoring are part of our services, so software and website keep running on Sunday night too. New wishes get their own fixed-price offer first.

Do you only work in Styria?

No. We are based in the greater Graz area and work for clients across Austria. On site when it counts. Remote where it is faster.

Who owns the software in the end?

Once paid in full, you get the exclusive rights of use to your software and the source code. It runs on accounts in your company's name, and another developer can take it over at any time. Building blocks we use across several projects are yours to keep using without restriction.
