A roofing business, one tool, a fifth of the time.
A routine that grew over the years: Excel lists, cloud folders, checklists on the tablet. Every extra job cost another evening.
An internal job tool. Enquiries, jobs, schedule and hours sit in one place, for office and site.
Around 80 % less time in admin. The evenings belong to the family again.
I used to sit in the office in the evenings. Today, what I enter during the day is already done by the evening.
One tool. Your workflow.
This is how a job runs through your business, from the first enquiry to the final invoice. We build the stations where you lose time. Usually that is two or three, not all six.
- 1. Job management
The enquiry comes in
Call, email and WhatsApp land in one place. Including whatever still comes in at half four on a Friday.
- 2. Quotes & costing
The quote goes out
Calculated with your prices, out before the competitor calls back.
- 3. Scheduling & dispatch
Date and team are set
Who is where and when. Without the phone chain and without notes on a pinboard.
- 4. Time tracking
Hours are logged
Entered on the phone on site instead of typed up from a note in the evening.
- 5. Material & job costing
Material is booked
What goes out and what gets installed hangs on the job instead of in someone's head.
- 6. Job management
The invoice is out
At the push of a button from job, hours and material. And you can see what is still outstanding.
Interfaces Across all of it: what you want to keep stays. We connect it instead of replacing it.
You talk to the people who build it.
We are a team of five and we sit in Styria. Whoever builds your tool is also the person you talk to. Nobody sits in between passing things along. On the side we run our own platform, seeu events. It has to work on a Saturday night when 500 people are at the door. We hold what we build for you to the same standard.

erntbar:
Website & web app for regional farming
We built the website and the web app and saw the launch through. ORF was there for the launch, Ö3 and Antenne Steiermark reported on it.

Intro call
Where is time leaking in your business? If a tool would fix it, we'll tell you which. If not, we'll tell you that too.
- 2. on site with you
Walk-through
We walk through how a job runs at your business, from enquiry to invoice. We take the time for it, otherwise we build past the way you work. From that you get a concept with a fixed price.
- 3. first version in ~3 weeks
We build. You keep working as usual.
Your team tries the first version, we sharpen it. Because the tool follows the way you work, everyone finds their way around quickly. We still show it to you in person at your business. If new wishes come up later, we extend it: with an offer before, not a surprise after.
What businesses ask us before they start.
What does it cost?
After the walk-through you get a fixed-price offer. No hourly meter, no follow-up bill. How high it is depends on the scope. As a rule of thumb: a tool of your own pays off from around €300,000 yearly revenue. Up to the offer, it costs you nothing.
How does payment work?
For larger projects, in three parts. The offer phase costs nothing. With the go-ahead the first third is due. Then we build the first prototype, and the second third follows your feedback on it. The rest on completion and handover.
Who is this not for?
For one-person businesses with a handful of jobs a year, custom work rarely pays. We say so openly in the intro call, and usually also what would be enough instead. A tool of your own pays off most when several people work the same jobs and information runs on paper, calls and shout-across-the-yard.
I don't have time for an IT project.
You don't need it. Your part: 20 minutes on the phone, a walk through your business, honest feedback on the first version. We do the rest.

How fast is it?
The first version is ready after about three weeks. How fast everything is finished after that often depends more on your business than on us: trying it, giving feedback, fine-tuning. There is no queue here.
What if my team won't use it?
The tool is built around your team. It has exactly the features you need, and not 37 more. We show it to you at your business, and whatever snags during try-out we rebuild before it becomes a habit.
We already have programs in place.
Good. What works stays and gets connected. We only replace what is holding you back.
And if new wishes come later?
Then we extend it. Every extension gets its own fixed-price offer first. You decide when and how far.
Who owns the tool in the end?
Once paid in full, you get the exclusive rights of use to your tool and the source code. It runs on accounts in your business's name, and another developer can take it over at any time. Building blocks we use across several projects are yours to keep using without restriction.
Website, web shop, maintenance & operations. We do that too, mostly around the tools we build.

Let's look at how you work.
Costs nothing but 20 minutes.
On the phone we sort out where time is leaking and whether a tool of your own would fix it. If not, we tell you so. You still leave with a clearer view of your business.
